Your mission
As Group Communication Manager, you are responsible for defining and safeguarding the overall communication strategy of Dots.brussels, while ensuring its coherent and relevant implementation across each individual venue.
You view communication as a strategic tool supporting the group’s development, visibility, and brand consistency, as well as a creative lever, grounded in real-world execution.
You work both at group level and venue level, in close collaboration with internal teams, venue directors, and external partners.
Key responsibilities
Communication strategy – Group & Venues
- Define and lead the overall communication strategy for Dots.brussels.
- Translate this strategy into tailored approaches for each venue, respecting its DNA, positioning, and specific objectives.
- Build and continuously develop the group’s narrative (storytelling, key messages, tone of voice, values).
- Ensure consistency between the group brand and the individual identities of each venue.
Operational management & coordination
- Coordinate all communication actions (online & offline).
- Oversee editorial calendars (social media, newsletters, campaigns, event-related content).
- Implement shared tools and processes to structure the group’s communication.
- Act as the central point of contact between venues and communication partners.
Talent & partner management
- Identify, select, and coordinate external talents required for communication activities, including: graphic designers, videographers / photographers, copywriters, digital and PR agencies.
- Brief partners, monitor production progress, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Build a reliable network of creative partners aligned with the Dots.brussels universe.
Branding & visual consistency
- Guarantee graphic and editorial consistency across all communication materials.
- Develop and evolve the group’s brand guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality content production (images, videos, texts, commercial materials).
Event & corporate communication
- Support communication around major group events.
- Promote venues, projects, teams, and partners.
- Contribute to the development of launches, special campaigns, and cross-venue initiatives.
Analysis & optimisation
- Monitor the performance of communication actions (engagement, visibility, impact, sponsorship).
- Adjust strategy based on results and business objectives.
- Proactively suggest new formats, channels, and approaches.
