Grand Hospice
The Grand Hospice, also known as Hospice Pachéco, is a major heritage site of the City of Brussels. Built between 1824 and 1827 by architect Henri Partoes, it has been listed as a protected monument since 1997. The site stands out for its remarkable architecture and its two historic inner gardens.
Deeply rooted in a strong social and human vocation, the site is currently awaiting its future renovation. In the meantime, the CPAS of Brussels has launched a temporary project to reactivate the Grand Hospice.
This initiative aims to bring the place back to life through a strong social and cultural dimension, opening the site to the neighborhood and reconnecting it with local residents.
The site is jointly managed by Dots Brussels and Pali Pali, who oversee the operation of the event spaces and the development of catering projects. Today, the Grand Hospice has become a vibrant destination where heritage, culture, and social commitment come together.
