Nine One is an elegant townhouse in the heart of the European Quarter. This prestigious event and incubation space, dedicated to European creative industries, is part of the Loi Urban Landscape (PUL) initiative to revitalize the area. Developed and managed by Dside Group, with the support and strategic accompaniment of Pali-Pali, the project extends their shared mission to stimulate creativity, social innovation, and sustainable entrepreneurship within urban spaces.

Nine One combines architecture, art, and economics to create an innovative and multicultural living space, centered around an opulent marble staircase. Perfect for pop-ups and temporary occupations, it fosters entrepreneurship, culture, and sustainability, breathing new life into a building in transition.
